Dear Barnard Faculty, Staff and Students,

We are pleased to write with another update about vaccination eligibility in New York.

Beginning tomorrow, March 30, 2021 at 8:00 a.m., all New Yorkers ages 30 and over will be eligible to receive the vaccine.

Additionally, starting April 6, 2021 at 8:00 a.m., all New Yorkers ages 16 and over will be eligible to receive the vaccine.

This is exciting news, and should open eligibility to all members of the Barnard community. We strongly encourage all members of our community to make an appointment.

To schedule a vaccination appointment, eligible individuals must complete this New York State form to find a site to be vaccinated, or click here to find New York City vaccination sites. For more information and resources, you can review the COVID-19 Vaccine website.

Be sure to also fill out or update the College’s survey to voluntarily share your vaccination information. The survey allows all who are interested in vaccination to opt in to Barnard sharing their information with our current and future vaccine distribution partners in order to facilitate our community’s access to the vaccine as a supplement to city and state resources.

We will continue to update you as we gather more information.

Sincerely,

Andrea Stagg

Director of Government Relations and Compliance and Chair of the Barnard Vaccine Working Group
